4. Refund Policy

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for refund unless defective.
